• No changes or cancellation of orders once payment has been made to us.
• No refunds will be provided unless the item(s) you ordered is/are out of stock.
• All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Pre-order items required 2 weeks (unless otherwise stated) to arrive to us after we had made payment to the supplier.
• Buyer will received the items within 3 business days after we had received the shipment.
• We will ensure that the items are in good condition before distributing them out.
• Please remember that any complications will probably lead to delay in placing orders and dispute when matching payments.
• The actual colour of the item you received may be slightly different from the picture posted. This is due to the lighting and resolution of individual's monitor.
• As certain fabrics are stretchable, thus the actual measurements may vary slightly, therefore have to allow 2-3cm difference in measurement from the seller’s size chart.
